Can you tell me more about your printing methods?
All of our prints are made with archival inks, papers and canvasses. Printing sizes do sometimes vary. We use EllenMillion Graphics for all our print runs. Please be sure to check out her site at http://www.ellenmilliongraphics.com for more information on her printing services.

I'd like a print of something you don't offer in the Print Shop. How can I get it?
Almost every image on MattStawicki.com is available as a print! Please email Stawickiart@comcast.net for details & exceptions. Because this is a print on demand process, shipping times & costs may vary.

When will my prints arrive?

Prints shipped within the United States normally takes 3-6 weeks. Some delays can and do occur. If you've ordered prints and haven't received them please contact us immediately at StawickiArt@comcast.net. Shipping outside the United States unfortunately can take anywhere from 2 to 6 months. If you are ordering outside the U.S. and would like priority mail service, please email for a price quote.

I've never used PayPal. Is it safe?

I don't have a credit card! How do I pay for a print?

DO NOT SEND CASH! Payments must be U.S. funds only, money orders or check made out to:

My print came but it's damaged/I hate it! What do I do?

If for any reason you are not happy with your print please return it within 30 days to Matt and he will replace or refund your money.

CAFE PRESS RETURNS

I want to return my CafePress gift! What do I do?

All gift items purchased through CafePress are manufactured, shipped and billed by CafePress.com. Please be sure to check out their site at CafePress.com for questions not answered in this section. If for any reason you are not happy with your CafePress purchase, please return to CafePress within 30 days. All refunds and exchanges must be made via CafePress, not Matt Stawicki.

ART PERMISSIONS

Can I use Matt's art on my fan art gallery / web site / stationary/etc.?
This is a sticky subject! Matt receives numerous requests for use of his art in web galleries, web stationary, tubes, etc. No Artist wants to tell a fan they can't use the art on their personal webpages but they must respect the legal rights of the copyright holders. Many artists are bound by contracts and legally cannot give persmission. Having said that, some artists (including Matt) do not object to fans using unaltered lo-res artwork for non commercial personal pages, fan pages, wall paper or email stationary with copyrights and artist signature in place. All image copyright owners are listed with each piece of art on Matt's website. If the copyright is not ©Matt Stawicki, please contact those owners with your requests.

If you would like to link to Matt's site, please feel free! Providing a link to Matt's site is very much appreciated! Unfortunately at this time Matt does not have a reciprocal links page. This is something that is being considered in future web updates.
